Return / Exchange Policy

Personalized Hand Stamped Jewelry: is non-refundable or exchangeable. If there is a problem with your order please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order. If there is an error made by Stamped Under the Moon we will fix it ASAP.

PLEASE NOTE: Before your item is remade and shipped we require that you send a photo to of the actual piece of jewelry showing the error.

Please contact us with any questions you have about sizes or options available before you place your order as once the item is complete it is non-refundable even if it has not shipped. If you are unhappy with the size of the disc or font chosen there is not exchange or refund of item as it is personalized and cannot be resold.

Chains: Please contact us within 5 days if you find your chain is defective. You will need to mail the defective chain back to us taped to a piece of paper or in the plastic baggie you received it in for safe traveling via USPS before a new chain will be sent. Stamped under the moon is not responsible for chains that fall out of the envelope (loose chains in an envelope tend to fall out). If the envelope arrives empty we are unable to send a new chain.

Chain Exchange: If you find that the chain is longer or shorter than needed we will gladly exchange as long as the chain has NOT been worn. Chains must be in NEW condition and returned in the original baggie it arrived in. You must contact us within 5 business days of receiving your necklace to arrange for exchange. Contact us before returning your chain to us. Exchanges are only for same style of chain ordered. (exchange is for 16” to/from 18” only, additional length can be exchanged but there will be an additional charge).


Shipping Policy

Shipped in US / Confirmation of Shipping

We ship first class USPS. All orders will be shipped via the PayPal address you provided at check out if paying via PayPal so please be sure to validate your PayPal address. PayPal does offer a different address for shipping if this is a gift. When your shipping label is printed you will receive an email from PayPal letting you know your item has shipped. It will provide you a shipping date and tracking/confirmation number.

All of our jewelry arrives tucked inside a velvet pouch and neatly placed in a sweet metal gift tin. Shipped in a bubble mailer to ensure it safe arrival to you.

If you would like insurance added to your package please contact us for additional rates.

Shipping Internationally

Yes, We ship first class through USPS. Please select international shipping at checkout. Unfortunately we are not able to provide a tracking number when your order ships. We also do not have any control of your package once it leaves our studio. Please keep in mind that it can take Two to Six weeks to arrive and stamped under the moon is not responsible for any duties/customs fees that may be charged by your country. We also do not mark the package for a lesser value or as a gift.
